Due to continued growth of the business, we are recruiting a Production Operative in our ice cream production and on-site packaging manufacturing area.
Duties include general day to day functions operating various production lines, monitoring efficiency, carrying out regular quality checks, running semi-automated machines and packing off finished product.
Previous food manufacturing experience is preferred, however full training and support will be provided. This work involves varying amounts of lifting and manual handling, therefore a good level of physical fitness is required.
Own transport is essential due to our countryside location (AB51 8US).
This is for a permanent contract for 40 hours per week. The shift pattern is Tuesday to Friday, 06:00 - 16:30. We pay the Real Living Wage (£12.00 p/h) with the opportunity for overtime.
