Our formulators and nutritionists choose ingredients based on their effectiveness, not on whether they are synthetic, natural, green or allegedly clean. We do not avoid ingredients because they sound scientific and do not include ingredients because they are popular.

When selecting materials we look at the actual environmental impact rather than the perceived one – some glass is more impactful than plastic. In 2020 we sent 0% of our product waste to landfill.

• We promise to never test on animals, nor use derivatives that cause them distress.
• We stand with Cruelty Free International, The Vegan Society and PETA as a 100% cruelty-free brand, now and always.
• Over 90% of products are vegan friendly.

Our laboratory
Our filing laboratory is in Churcham, GL28AX.
The site has free parking and we have free hot drinks on site.

Our production department is looking for energetic and enthusiastic people to join their busy team to help us specifically create the freshest handmade products directly from our manufacturing site in Churcham.
What you can expect:

• Working on the packing line packing products
• Folding and labelling boxes
• Filling cosmetic bottles using a pump press
• Placing bottle caps on products
• Palletising products ready for despatch
• Carrying out quality checks on finished products
• Carrying out clean-up and clean down of filling area
• All training provided
• Starting at £11.50 per hour

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, so you'll need to be able to manage your own workload, be organised and self-motivated working towards daily targets. Previous experience is preferred although not essential as full training is provided at the induction stage. This is an onsite role at our filling labs in Churcham, Gloucestershire, GL28AX.
