Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a balanced portfolio of landlords and tenants
• Deliver exceptional post-move-in support to tenants
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of maintenance issues
• Identify cost-effective solutions for landlords
• Coordinate regular property inspections and check-outs
• Prepare detailed, transparent reports for landlords and tenants
• Handle deposit negotiations with a professional approach
• Maintain open communication with landlords, tenants, and third parties
• Collaborate with colleagues across teams and departments
• Oversee rent arrears and take appropriate actions
• Ensure full compliance with current regulations and certifications
