Your duties will include:
Work all sections of the cook line

• Preparing and cooking food
• Ability to work & manage a busy section
• Ability to follow instructions from the senior chefs
• Be able to reproduce consistent food time & time again
• Setting up the kitchen for the shift ahead
• Kitchen close downs
• Ensuring all Health & Hygiene procedures are continually adhered to
• Have the ability to work on every section of the cook line

Key skills required:

• Flexible and open to learning new things
• Hard working & efficient
• Have great interpersonal skills
• Show real passion for the industry & an interest in the cuisine we serve
• The ability to self-manage at busy times & be proactive in approach
