Key duties

• Assist & Support the Senior Sous and Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen
• Assisting with the ordering of, and close management of stock & labor efficiency
• Opening and close downs of the kitchen
• Running a kitchen shift
• Leading a team of junior chefs
• Ensuring all Health & Hygiene procedures are implemented & continually adhered to
• Have the ability to work & train on every section of the cook line
• Competent & confident in training new staff
• Ability to learn & understand new cooking technique

Salary: £11.75 per hour
