Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Working Patterns: Monday - Thursday 06:00-14:00 Friday 06:00-13:00
Pay: Negotiable depending on experience, circa £36,000 per annum
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all machinery and equipment are running smoothly and efficiently to meet production targets.
Responsibilities:

• Conducting routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure they are running efficiently
  
• Identifying and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues and performing repairs
  
• Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repairs carried out
  
• Developing and implementing preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
  
• Assisting with the installation of new machinery and equipment
  
• Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
  

Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Willingness to work flexible hours and be on call for emergency repairs
