Job Title: Maintenance Operative (Mobile)
Location: FARNHAM COMMON, MARLOW, BURNHAM, HIGH WYCOMBE, CHALFONT ST PETERS
Salary: £26,875 per annum
Permanent and Full Time (37 hours per week)

We have an opportunity for a Maintenance Operative to join our team. We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Operative that has a “Can Do” attitude. Our Maintenance Operative needs to have practical approach and an eye for attention to detail.
You will be part of the Property and Facilities Team to ensure compliance checks, maintenance and DIY tasks are completed for our Homes including decoration.
You will have excellent communication skills as you will need to liaise with Registered Home Managers and contractors.
Our ideal candidate:

• Strong ability to build relationships internally with staff and residents
• Holds a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Able to communicate with contractors
• Reliable
• Ability to complete compliance checks, minor general maintenance and DIY tasks.
• Prior decoration experience would be highly desirable.
