Mandarin / English Graphic Designer
PART TIME & CONTRACT

Seeking a creative graphic designer with up-to-date knowledge to interpret our company needs and design solutions with a high visual impact. You will be a strong creative-type, but also technically proficient so that you can work alongside our web development and content authoring team.
The Key Tasks Include but are not limited to:
- Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
- Plan concept by studying information and materials.
- Illustrate concept by designing rough layouts of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
- Obtain approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
- Prepare finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; purchasing from vendors.
- Prepare final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
- Ensure the smooth operation of equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements.
- Maintain technical knowledge and professional development by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies.
- Contribute to the team by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in using design and photo-editing software: AI, PS, In Design, Coledraw, etc.
- Exceptional creativity and innovation.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
- Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.
- Proven graphic designing experience in print (essential) and web design (desirable).
- Familiar with video-editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, etc.
Pay: £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
