Location: Northampton, UK
**Responsibilities:**
1. Timely updates of various forms, including customer data statistics, overseas warehouse container demand, daily reports, weekly reports, monthly data statistics, customer fee structure analysis, and shipping inventory data analysis.
2. Timely verification and application of bills, including but not limited to courier bills, customer bills, customs clearance, and drayage bills, as well as communication between departments.
3. Assist with after-sales and daily warehouse operations coordination and handling.
4. Assist in warehouse maintenance operations to facilitate refined warehouse management.
5. Provide data support for departmental decision-making.
**Requirements:**
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in logistics, supply chain management, statistics, or related fields; fresh graduates are welcome.
2. Proficiency in English for work purposes and advanced Excel skills with strong data analysis and logical abilities.
3. Excellent organizational, coordination, communication, execution, and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, diligence, and ability to handle high work pressure.
