RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and deliver effective communications across BASF channels, including online, digital/social media, brand, and PR.
• Coordinate and oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery of materials in alignment with business strategy.
• Manage the implementation digital and social media campaigns working with partner agencies and internal stakeholders to optimise content and monitor performance for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Campaign Managers to establish measurable objectives and provide consultation for the delivery of online and offline communications activities.
• Provide comprehensive reporting on campaign effectiveness, offering insights and recommendations for future communications strategies.
• Drive internal communications, ensuring engaging content is shared through appropriate channels and managing the intranet for accessibility and relevance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree level education or equivalent and experience within marketing communications, including the management and delivery of digital, social, brand, and PR activities.
• Experience in management and delivery of marketing communication campaigns across channels - advertising, PR, digital, social, email, video, podcasts, events etc.
• Effective planning skills to co-ordinate all campaign activity combined with effective management and delivery skills of communications.
• Creation of comprehensive reports that enable the assessment of campaign performance across multiple channels and the analysis of data to inform future activities.
