Pramac-Generac UK was formed in 2018 following the merger of two market leading brands in the UK, Pramac and Generac Tower Light.
It distributes robust site machinery products to the hire sector and several end user markets including rail, construction, events and warehouse and logistics.

It has pioneered new innovations including the AMOSS safety system on Generac Tower Light and driven the adoption and manufacturer of new power technologies including hybrid, battery and lithium-ion to deliver a sustainable range of plant equipment, suitable for today and tomorrow.
About the role
As a Marketing & Content Executive, you will play an important role in executing and supporting marketing strategies. This includes creating content for the UK branch social media, co-ordinating exhibitions and events, and supporting the design and branding of company documents and materials. The ideal candidate is creative, highly organised, and able to work collaboratively with various departments. Additionally, experience in creating video content for training is highly beneficial, as is a background in training. Any understanding of the ADDIE model and video editing would be useful. We are looking for someone self-driven, capable of filming our team to create instructional content, editing and posting it online to build a stronger social media presence.
Role Responsibilities:
Marketing Materials:
· Collaborate with our internal sales, operations and training teams to develop and update our marketing materials (e.g. training presentations, guides, videos, case studies, leaflets and brochures).
· Ensure all materials are engaging, informative, and aligned with the company’s branding and messaging.
Exhibition and Event Coordination:
· Plan, and organise company participation in industry exhibitions, conferences, and events.
· Coordinate logistics including setup, promotional materials, and staffing for events.
Content Creation:
· Develop creative and engaging content for blogs, email newsletters, and marketing collateral.
· Identify of relevant trade magazines and websites to support PR activity.
· Work with graphic designers and external agencies to create visuals, videos, and other multimedia assets.
· Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
· Plan, create, and schedule content for the UK branch to share with European HQ. Using various social media platforms (Linked In / TIK TOK / Youtube).
· Create video content for training purposes and film trainers for social media content.
Additional Support:
· Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
· Maintain strong relationships with external agencies, partners, and stakeholders.
· To support with reasonable ad hoc responsibilities and projects as required based on the needs of the business.
Skills & Competencies:
· Proven experience in marketing and content creation.
· Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail.
· Demonstrated experience creating training materials on Powerpoint.
· Familiarity with social media platforms and tools.
· Experience or interest in content creation using Canva / Photography / Video.
· Experience with event planning and coordination is desirable.
· Proficiency in video editing and creating content for training purposes.
· Understanding of the ADDIE model would be beneficial.
· Ability to prioritise, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Proven communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
· Demonstrates a creative mindset.
· Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Training, Communications, Business, or a related field is desirable.
