Role Overview:
As a marketing and digital content specialist, you will be at the heart of our marketing initiatives, driving content strategy that aligns with our core services. From developing engaging social media content to enhancing our email marketing and digital advertising efforts, your work will be vital in attracting new clients and strengthening our brand's presence.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and management of impactful content for diverse audiences (B2B and B2C).
• Innovate our social media strategies, utilising video and graphic design to capture attention.
• Manage digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO, and analytics for targeted lead generation.
• Partner with property specialists to support their marketing campaigns.
• Report on marketing campaign performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs and brand objectives.
• Support and cultivate our brand's image as a prominent name in the property industry across the UK.

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in content production with proven results in acquisition and retention.
• Exceptional writing and proofreading skills, with a flair for creating compelling narratives.
• Proficiency in digital tools such as Word Press, Photoshop, In Design, and Canva.
• Expertise in SEO, PPC, and strategic digital marketing activities.
• A keen eye for design, coupled with photography and videography skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A collaborative spirit, with excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical acumen to interpret data and inform marketing decisions.
