Are you interested in a marketing role where you can make a difference? We have a vacancy for a Marketing and Fundraising manager to lead on marketing for Prama. This is an exciting opportunity in a well-respected local charity supporting older adults and carers. The purpose of the role is to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and fundraising activity to enable Prama to:

• Support older adults and carers.
• Recruit clients, staff and volunteers.
• Maximise Prama’s fundraising income.
• Raise Prama’s profile across local communities and partner organisations.

Salary: £32,500 per annum, 37.5hours per week
You will be supported in this by a committed Senior Leadership Team and a full time Marketing and Fundraising assistant.
You are likely to be a good marketing all-rounder, ideally with charity experience, most importantly with experience across the full marketing mix: events, email marketing, database management, press, advertising, content marketing, SEO and PPC, social media and working knowledge of print and production.
You will have experience running successful campaigns to engage audiences and be comfortable setting plans, KPIs and reporting, using feedback to edit campaign plans. You will be strong at content strategy and using insight for proposition and campaign development.
