Role Overview:
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing our existing marketing team of 10+, which includes designers, content writers, digital web developers, SEO experts, Team leads and a marketing coordinator. This is a management position with direct accountability for achieving One World Rental’s global marketing objectives and brand management.
You will be responsible for implementing and overseeing all marketing activities, from digital campaigns to PR and trade shows, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. This role will also require you to develop strategies that increase brand visibility, enhance customer engagement, and drive business growth on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the marketing function comprising of 10+ team members, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with business goals.
• Oversee global marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and ensure consistent messaging across all regions.
• Manage trade shows and events by coordinating marketing efforts, preparing promotional materials, and ensuring a strong brand presence.
• Drive PR and brand management initiatives, working closely with internal teams to build and maintain a positive brand image.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including website management, SEO, paid advertising, and social media strategies.
• Lead email marketing campaigns, segmenting audiences, and analyzing data to optimize performance and ROI.
• Manage social media presence across all platforms, ensuring engaging and relevant content is posted regularly.
• Execute project campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring timelines are met, and key objectives achieved.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within a global or fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring a diverse marketing team.
• Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, email campaigns, and social media.
• Experience in coordinating and managing trade shows and corporate events.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the latest marketing trends, tools, and platforms.
• A strong understanding of brand management, PR strategies, and digital analytics.
