We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to lead our Marcom and End User Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communications, with experience in managing a team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and product adoption
  
• Manage and mentor the Marcom and End User Marketing team
  
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall company goals
  
• Develop and manage marketing budgets and track performance against goals
  
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, webinars, and events
  
• Create and manage marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, and whitepapers
  
• Work closely with sales teams to develop sales enablement materials
  

Your qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a management role
  
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Experience in B2B marketing and familiarity with marketing automation tools
  
• Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve goals
  
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data
