Position Overview:
The Student Accommodation cleaner will ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the building.
The ideal candidate will work independently to deliver a consistently high standard of cleaning, contributing to a comfortable and organised work environment for our staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including but not limited to dusting, desk cleaning, vacuuming, polishing, kitchen maintenance, restroom sanitation, and mopping.
- Occasional deep cleaning of studios will be required ( full training will be given).
- Work diligently to maintain cleanliness standards in all areas, paying special attention to detail.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables following company policies and procedures.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and visitors.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritise tasks and achieve cleaning objectives efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a cleaning or janitorial role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques preferred.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM.
