Pinnacle Group are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. You will be joining our Cleaning teams based at the Towngate Theatre in the centre of Basildon.
You will be working in a theatre that delivers an exciting programme of drama, musicals, comedy, gigs and children’s theatre. This position would involve cleaning of the inside of the theatre, external areas including the cafe and lobby and the offices based on site.
This is a part time position where the suitable person would work 6:00am to 9.45am on saturdays with the a requirement to work on Sundays on an adhoc basis.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies and ensuring a high standard of hygiene.
• Empty trash cans and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Clean and maintain theatre seating areas, including wiping down chairs and ensuring they are in good condition.
• Clean and maintain lobby areas, including glass surfaces, entrance doors, and ticket counters.
• Maintain cleanliness backstage, including dressing rooms, green rooms, and production areas.

Key requirements:

• Strong cleaning experience.
• Must be able to get to central Basildon for a 6am start.
• Must be able to work Sundays on an ad-hoc basis.
