A welcoming family in Dulwich is seeking a compassionate and attentive nanny to become a cherished member of their household and care for their three wonderful children – a girl aged 9 and two boys aged 5 and 4. The working hours are 1pm to 7pm, Monday to Friday, totalling 30 hours per week. Offering a salary of £28,080 - £31,200 gross per year / £18 - £20 gross per hour, this role provides an excellent opportunity to build a strong bond with a lovely family and make a real difference in their lives.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised and thrive in a bustling family routine. This is a long-term, live-out role, and the family is looking for someone active, loving, flexible, and able to start by 28th October 2024.
This role is a mix of sole and shared care alongside a stay-at-home mum. Daily responsibilities include cycling for school pick-ups, the children’s laundry, preparing healthy meals and snacks, helping with homework, bath time and occasionally running errands. Independence and organisational skills are essential, along with a patient and proactive approach to childcare. Excellent communication is key to ensuring a harmonious partnership and transition between moments of sole to shared care, so a confident, assertive and nurturing approach to supporting the family is a must.
The 3 children in question love outdoor play, creativity, and exploring new things! With wonderful senses of humour, charm and an appetite for adventure, nannies that can seamlessly blend fun into a busy family household will excel.
