Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated and vigilant Gatehouse Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our Distribution Centre. You will be joining our Security Team situated within the A19 Enterprise Zone.
To provide professional security services to our client, maintaining the security and safety of their premises and people by ways of monitoring, patrolling and surveying the building and their assets.
We are offering a Full-Time Role, working 4 on 4 off - 12hr night shifts from 7pm – 7am - with the option of overtime available to cover sickness and annual leave

Key responsibilities will include:

• Meet and greet visitors, staff and contractors and manage the gatehouse environment.
• Take accurate notes to complete reports, logbook entries and all relevant paperwork to a high standard - including reporting in detail any incidents occurring whilst on duty
• Conduct searches within the guidelines of company procedures.
• Carry out routine foot patrols around the site, locking and unlocking premises
• Liaison with local authorities including police, emergency healthcare services or even fire extinguishers in case of an emergency

Key requirements:

• Valid SIA Front Line Licence
• Excellent customer service skills, with good communication and interpersonal qualities
• You will need to evidence your honesty, and reliability and always maintain a sense of pride in your professionalism in delivering excellent customer service.
• Full 5-year UK checkable work history
