As a Night Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen during the night. Working closely with the Night Chef, you will ensure that all kitchen tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard, ready for the morning team to take over. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Night Chef to ensure all kitchen operations run smoothly.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
Efficiently manage tasks to ensure timely completion for the morning handover.
Assist in food preparation and basic cooking tasks as required.
Follow all health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment.

What you Need:

Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
A genuine interest in food and kitchen operations.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Effective communication skills to work well within a team.
