As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be an integral part of our talented culinary team. Your creativity and expertise will shine as you assist in crafting beautiful desserts for our esteemed guests. You will be responsible for managing your section, ensuring high standards of preparation and presentation, and maintaining the smooth operation of our pastry kitchen.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and present exquisite pastries for lunch and dinner service.
Supervise and support a small team of pastry chefs.
Monitor stock levels and manage ordering within your section.
Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of pastry creation.
Uphold Firmdale’s high standards of quality and consistency.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a harmonious work environment.

What you Need:

Proven experience in a similar role within a busy kitchen.
Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for pastry arts.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently within a team.
Enthusiasm for creating innovative and delicious pastries.
Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
