We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Night Chef to join our dynamic Kitchen Team at the prestigious Haymarket Hotel. As a Night Chef, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dishes during the night shift, ensuring that our guests receive the best culinary experience possible even during late hours.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, maintaining consistency and quality throughout the night.
Oversee kitchen operations during night hours, ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and develop new menu items.
Manage inventory and ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.

What you Need:

Proven experience as a chef in a similar role, preferably with night shift experience.
A passion for food and a creative approach to menu development.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
The ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
