PASTRY SOUS CHEF – LOS MOCHIS LIVERPOOL STREET
£40,000 - £45,000 per annum including service charge
Full Time, permanent role - 40+ hours per week – 5 days per week (out of 7)

Who you will be:
· Supervise and ensure that Pastry section is ready for service on time.
· Control food and operating costs by reducing wastage.
· Organise and set-up the kitchen as efficiently as possible to increase speed and maximise productivity.
· Maintain high levels of cleanness at all times in the kitchen.
· Monitor daily work assigned to Employees ensuring guidelines are followed and take corrective measures immediately.

Our flagship restaurant elevates the London dining scene in a stunning 14,000 sq ft restaurant on the rooftop of 100 Liverpool Street. Located on the 9th floor, the restaurant boasts a 3,000 sq ft outdoor terrace with views of the City.
Los Mochis City is our second location in London following the opening of the highly acclaimed Los Mochis Notting Hill.
