About You

• Previous experience as a Commis or Demi Pastry CDP within a luxury, Michelin-starred, or destination restaurant
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively to ensure smooth flow of service
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Passion for food, working with high quality ingredients, and hospitality

Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
