We have an exciting new vacancy for a Night Receptionist to join our team at The Palace Hotel. The Palace Hotel can accommodate up to 250 guests and stands out as one of the premier venues in the area for hosting conferences, meetings, and special events. Your duties will include:

• Checking guests in and out.
• Run the night audit.
• Answering the telephone and addressing any enquiries.
• Look after any guest requests.
• Follow hotel fire regulations and procedures.
• Follow all Nights procedures and any other duties as and when required.
• Complete night cleaning checklist
• Set any event rooms as and when required for the next day.

The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Opera Systems would be advantageous.
