Job Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Night Sitting Care Professional to join our team. As a Night Sitting Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing overnight care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Your primary goal will be to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients while offering companionship and assistance during the night.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overnight care and companionship to clients.
• Assist clients with nighttime routines, including toileting, medication reminders, and personal hygiene.
• Ensure clients are comfortable and have access to necessary items during the night.
• Monitor and respond to any changes in the client's condition or needs.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client.
• Document care provided and any observations or incidents during the night.
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team.
• Provide emotional support and engage in meaningful conversation with clients.
• Be prepared to respond to emergencies and follow established protocols.
• Assist with light household tasks as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of clients and their families.
