Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children in the nursery
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive
- Monitor and supervise children at all times
- Collaborate with other nursery practitioners and staff members
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's day
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
- Experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting
- Knowledge of child development and early years curriculum
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A passion for providing high-quality care and education to young children
