Overview
We are seeking a Nursery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nursery, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children. The ideal candidate will have experience in childcare and possess strong leadership skills.
Duties
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the nursery
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursery staff
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities for children
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff
- Drive continuous improvement in nursery operations
Experience
- Previous experience working in a nursery setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
