We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join an established Nursery in Guildford. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a strong understanding of early childhood education principles. Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour

Duties
- Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development.
- Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to childcare.
- Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and play activities.
- Ensure the nursery environment is safe, clean, and organised at all times.
- Lead by example, demonstrating positive behaviour and encouraging children to develop social skills.
- Support children's emotional well-being by providing comfort and reassurance when needed.
- Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
- A level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage groups of children effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
- Ability to drive initiatives that enhance the learning experience within the nursery setting.
- Knowledge of child development theories and practices is an advantage.
