Our rapidly growing agency, which specialises in Tik Tok and Meta, is seeking a talented Paid Media Specialist to join our team. As a Paid Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing paid social media campaigns on Tik Tok and Meta for our clients, ensuring that their campaigns are successful and deliver the highest possible ROI.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute paid social media campaign strategies on Tik Tok and Meta for our clients, including targeting, ad creative, and optimisation.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven decisions to optimise campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with other team members, including our creative team and account management, to ensure that campaigns are executed flawlessly and deliver results for our clients.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in paid social media advertising on Tik Tok and Meta, and incorporate these insights into our client's campaigns.
• Develop our relationships with key stakeholders at Tik Tok, Meta, Twitch & You Tube including those with platform account managers, to stay informed about landscape updates and new features that can benefit our clients.

Primary Requirements: - A portfolio demonstrating: a history of creative analysis and Hook & CTA A/B testing.- A portfolio demonstrating: Attribution optimisation, Pixel / Conversion - API - UTM & more.
Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in paid social media advertising, with a focus on Meta.
• The ability to creatively analyse & improve video formats to deliver content optimisations.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
• Experience with managing paid social media campaigns from start to finish, including campaign strategy, targeting, ad creative, and optimisation.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Salary £30,000 - £35,000+ (including target based bonuses).
