*Job Summary*
We are seeking skilled Pizza Chefs to work in our delivery restaurant with our team in preparing and selling delicious and high-quality Neapolitan Pizzas. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and the ability to prepare and cook Neapolitan pizzas, as well as provide great customer service for our in-store and delivery customers.
Neapolitan pizza experience is necessary.
*Duties*
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and meal service
- Prepare and manage a traditional Neapolitan pizza dough and fired oven
- Work with or as a second pizza chef on busier days and drivers to ensure high standards of food quality, presentation and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with the owner to manage the restaurant
*Experience*
- Proven experience as a Pizza Chef in a similar role in a busy restaurant
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations and Neapolitan pizza culinary techniques
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Relevant culinary qualifications
- Neapolitan pizza-making
