Contract: Full-time, permanent
NMC qualified practioiner Qualified Salary: £39000 increasing to £43,500 following competency and positive inspection outcomes

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Placement Manager to oversee our community packages across North Somerset, Bristol and Devon. As the Placement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of our care packages. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining high standards of practice, providing emotional support for individuals under your care, organising engaging activities, and creating comfortable accommodations that foster growth.
Reporting directly to the Head of Service, you will collaborate closely with other placement managers as well as our operations team. Together we strive for excellence in service delivery by supervising staff members effectively while building strong relationships with local authority stakeholders. At Inspire Together, we provide an extensive support system consisting of experienced professionals such as Clinical Support practitioners and PBS practitioners.
Main Duties:
- Manage the coordination and development of quality services for referred children and young adults.
- Foster partnerships with young people's families along with other agencies involved.
- Demonstrate effective leadership by implementing organisational strategies aligned with Inspire Together's objectives.
- Promote team development through motivation initiatives while adhering to personnel policies.
- Set standards for service quality improvement within Inspire Together.
- Contribute actively towards corporate policies aimed at enhancing service provision.
- Set clear targets for staff teams within the Packages of Care.
Requirements:
- Participation in an out-of-hours 'On-Call' rota.
- Line management responsibilities for a staff team, ensuring appropriate induction, supervision, and appraisal.

- Current professional registration with Nursing & Midwifery Council, NMC, RNMH or RNLD ( RNSC ) Evidence of continuining professional development, Evidence of relevant legislation, Understanding of Safeguarding and Clinical Governance and its application in practice, Working in a person centred therapeutic organisation,
- Do you have an NMC registered qualification with at least minimum 2 years experience working with children and young people within the community & / residential care or health and social care facility
- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
- Supervising: 2 years (required)
