PPC Manager/Performance Marketing Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-led PC Manager/Performance Marketing Manager to head up our PPC marketing and overall marketing strategy efforts across Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube, and Google.
This role is critical to driving high-quality leads for our outbound call centre. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in PPC marketing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute strategic lead generation campaigns. As the Lead Generation Manager, you will manage a team of two direct reports, as well as external contractors and agencies to set budgets and deliver quality lead generation. This role reports directly to the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development and Execution:

• Set the strategic direction & budget for the business unit
• Develop, implement, and optimize PPC marketing strategies across Meta, Tik Tok,
• You Tube, and Google to generate high-quality leads.
• Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to the General Manager.
• Innovate, with out of the box solutions to set the strategic direction for your department
• Deliver quality lead generation into our outbound call centre focussing on conversion and relevance whilst managing to an effective CPL

2. Team Leadership and Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of two direct reports, contractors and agencies fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
• Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Build out your team as you see fit using your network to leverage industry knowledge and talent

3. Leverage Data:

• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
• Always be testing to find new and innovative ways to improve performance
• Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure our PPC strategies remain cutting-edge.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with the outbound call centre team, to ensure seamless handover of leads and alignment of goals.
• Communicate campaign strategies, results, and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Speak to clients to explain strategies and be the subject matter expert in the room

5. Compliance

• Manage compliance of all campaigns to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Manage campaigns in line with client brand guidelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
