Synergy Care and Education are looking to recruit a Primary Supply teacher (Afternoons only) to support a local trust based around Lostwithial. This role is start in September 2024, but there will be ad-hoc support required for the remainder of the term.
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Supply Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, including those with special education needs. You will play a vital role in educating and nurturing young minds, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting the overall development of primary school students.
Responsibilities:

• Educate and inspire students through effective teaching methods
• Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students
• Provide individualized attention and support to students
• Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Utilize creative approaches to engage students in the learning process

Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification in Early Childhood Education
• Proven experience in teaching primary school-aged children
• Experience in special education or working with individuals with autism is a plus
• Strong communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to mentor and tutor students effectively
• Proficiency in creative writing techniques
