Principal Product Manager – Prime Brokerage
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join a fast-growing team within the Prime Brokerage division of a leading digital asset platform.
The company has built a cutting-edge platform offering custody, settlement, and clearing solutions for crypto and other digital assets. Positioned to become a leader in the tokenised assets industry, they are expanding their team to meet increasing demand from clients in the financial sector.
As part of a dynamic team led by the Chief Product Officer and supported by an in-house engineering group, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across regulatory compliance, finance, and operations.
In this role, you will drive the development of Prime Brokerage offerings and collaborate directly with senior leadership, including the Head of Prime. Initially hands-on, the role will evolve into a more strategic leadership position as the platform scales.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Prime Brokerage and the financing solutions provided by Prime Brokers. Experience in crypto, blockchain, or digital assets is highly preferred, but candidates from traditional asset classes are also encouraged to apply. Strong stakeholder management and teamwork are crucial for success.
Location: London – Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in the office, ideally 4)
Compensation: Up to £180,000 base + benefits + shares + bonus (depending on experience)
