Job Title: Product Development Executive
Location: Remote, with occasional work at our London office
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per year (based on experience)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Development Executive to support the development of innovative, sustainable textile products. You will work closely with design, sourcing, and operations teams to ensure our products align with market trends, meet quality standards, and reflect our commitment to sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the product lifecycle, from concept to market launch.

• Conduct market research on trends, customer needs, and competitors to guide product development.

• Collaborate with design, sourcing, and production teams to execute product ideas.

• Support project management tasks, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

• Ensure product quality and compliance with sustainability standards.

• Maintain clear records of product specifications, timelines, and milestones.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in product development, preferably within textiles or fashion.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.

• Familiarity with market research and trend analysis.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and sustainability.
