Project Administrator / Document Controller

- Support the Commercial and Operational teams in the administration of contracts and projects within the Southern region.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of accurate financial reports, including invoicing, payment applications, and cost tracking.
- Monitor contract performance, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company policies.
- Maintain and update contract documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of contractual obligations.
- Assist in the preparation of tenders, quotations, and other commercial documents.
- Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships, ensuring proper documentation and payments.
- Provide general administrative support to the Commercial and Project teams as needed.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and other relevant software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Pay: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
