Projects Administrator

Position: Projects Administrator
Reporting to: Design Manager / Business Development Director
Location: Central London
Salary: £27,000
The Role
The Projects Administrator will play an important role with assisting the projects team with the administration relating to office fit outs and refurbishment projects within the Beaumont portfolio. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, with strong IT stills and able to deliver to specific timescales.

· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
· Innovative
· Advanced IT skills
· Personable with a positive nature
· Experience in the fit out and construction process is desired
Key Responsibilities
· Provide basic administrative support to the head office projects team, including scheduling meetings, filing documents, and data entry
· Assist with creating and managing programmes of work and progress reports
· Use Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) for simple document creation, record-keeping, and communication
· Assist with raising and tracking purchase orders using Sicon software (training will be provided)
· Maintain records of orders and deliveries, ensuring information is up to date
· Support the team in preparing project documentation and materials
· Coordinate with suppliers for basic order-related queries where required
· Liaise with the site teams, contractors, specialists and consultants where required
· Assist in managing office supplies and ensure administrative needs are met effectively
· Assist with managing and filing correspondence and documentation, including Health and Safety, for a project
· Perform other administrative duties as required
