CSS Europe Limited is a growing software company that provides software solutions that power the performance of NHS, local government, and public sector organisations to drive productivity & efficiency. CSS Europe are hiring for an experienced Software Tester to join the Quality Assurance team, based in Lichfield.
Duties will include:

• Performing manual tests to ensure software created by developers is fit for purpose.
• Develop, manage, and execute high quality detailed test plans.
• Execute all levels of testing (functional, visual & regression).
• Establish effective working relationships with both the product and development teams.
• Assist with maintaining product release notes and system upgrades.
• Assist with providing support and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a quality assurance tester or similar role and be someone who will ensure our exceptional levels of software quality and deployments are met. As the role is also team focused, the candidate must be a great team player and have a passion to achieve and deliver a high quality of standards.
Required Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to take ownership if issues and see them through to resolution
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Desirable:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in software testing, preferably in the software development industry (preferred)
• Experience working with MS SQL
• Experience working with Azure Dev Ops
• Any experience or knowledge of automated testing would be beneficial

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
