If you’re a Level 3 or above Qualified Early Years Teacher, we have the chance for you to join our Bushy Tails nursery. We recognise you as a teacher at LEYF, but you may know this role as being called Nursery Practitioner in other Early Years settings.

Ofsted-rated Good, Bushy Tails Nursery and Pre-School provides Early Years Education and Care to children from birth to 5 years old. You can find us in Teddington at National Physical Laboratory Sports Club, Bushy Rd, Teddington TW11 0LW, not far from Fulwell and Teddington stations. At Bushy Tails the children enjoy planting, growing, and harvesting a large variety of fruit and vegetables, which they love to cook and eat. The nursery is next to the largest Royal Park in London, making it the perfect location for nature walks with staff and children.

What we look for in our Teachers
Each nursery shares LEYF's unique teaching model but you will have the freedom to be creative to suit how the children learn best. Whether you hop on a train to the Science Museum, take a bus to make friends at a nearby LEYF nursery, or host a baking session with your nursery chef, you’ll create amazing learning experiences for your children in your classroom.
You'll hold a Level 3 or above childcare qualification that is full and relevant for the Early Years sector to count in legal Nursery Practitioner ratios. You’ll also need to hold the right to work in the UK to join us.
As part of the recruitment process, we’ll be looking for evidence of your ability to protect and safeguard children in your care and for you to showcase a knowledgeable, passionate and imaginative approach to providing high quality Early Years education.
