Receptionist
We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team in providing excellent front desk support. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and be proficient in various office tasks.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a tidy reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing post
- Assist with administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is desirable
- Proficiency in computerised systems, including Quick Books, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively
