About the Role: Beyond Service to Sales Excellence
As our esteemed Retail Assistant, your role transcends traditional customer service. Yes, you will provide stellar service, manage transactions, and ensure our products are showcased perfectly. You will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to recognize opportunities for upselling – guiding our customers towards products and services that not only meet their needs but enhance their satisfaction and our revenue.
Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service, setting the stage for upsell opportunities.
• Engaging with customers to understand their needs, offering solutions that add value beyond their initial request.
• Processing purchases and managing a variety of transactions, with an eye towards promoting additional products or services.
• Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our products, including new and seasonal offerings, to effectively suggest alternatives and add-ons.
• Balancing store management with strategic selling initiatives, ensuring a seamless customer experience while driving sales targets.
