Overview
Mercedes-Benz of Hertford are actively looking for enthusiastic individuals excited to join their team of professionals. As a Sales Executive for Mercedes-Benz, you will be supported in your new role and enrolled on their 4-day sales academy to help you settle into your new role.
What you will be doing?
Managing relationships with your customers, including keeping in regular contact with them about Mercedes-Benz products and forthcoming events, as well as maintaining a “customer-focused” attitude.
Prospecting for new customers by telephone, attending product launches and other events, and maintaining your enquiry database.
Maintaining thorough product knowledge and updating your knowledge through manufacturer-led training.
Providing exceptional customer service that leads to customer loyalty and referrals.
Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
About You

Full UK Driving Licence
Previous Experience selling cars within the motor trade
Happy to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work to timescales effectively, with a keen eye for detail, good communication and a passion for delivering great customer service

Basic salary is £18,000 with an OTE of £46,000 based on the sale of 140 vehicles, plus company vehicle.
The showroom is open from 8.30 - 18.30, Monday to Friday. Weekend work on a rota basis will be required.
Monday – Saturday with a day off in the week and alternate Sundays on a rota. 42.5 hours per week.
