Teachers at St Aldhelm’s Academy are expected to be excellent classroom practitioners with strong subject knowledge and a high level of emotional intelligence. This role will provide excellent preparation for future Curriculum or Pastoral leadership. Possible TLR attached to this role for extra responsibility including Head of Year, Careers Lead or Vocational Learning.

St Aldhelm's Academy is a 900 PAN-pupil school which currently has 845 students. St Aldhelm’s joined Ambitions Academy Trust in 2015 and educates boys and girls aged between 11 and 16.
