Join us as a Securitisation & Portfolio Derivatives Structuring Specialist

• You’ll support the structuring and execution of Securitisation & Portfolio Derivate transactions, working with clients, client facing teams, Trading, Compliance & Conduct, and other functions as required
• Working as part of a larger deal team, you’ll provide multiple products to clients while gaining exposure to a variety of asset types including mortgages, equity release products, consumer loans, auto loans, credit cards, and SME loans
• As well as the chance to build your specialist skills, you’ll benefit from significant stakeholder interaction and exposure

What you'll do

Working closely with an array of colleagues across Nat West Markets, you’ll identify client needs and structure suitable transactions. As such, you’ll take ownership to deliver and execute transactions efficiently.

In addition to this, you’ll be responsible for:

• Maintaining a thorough understanding of various products to make sure you meet clients’ needs
• Building strong and trusted stakeholder relationships
• Complying with all relevant policies

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone with a broad understanding of interest rate and cross-currency derivatives. You’ll hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and you’ll ideally have experience of structured finance transactions.

We’re also looking for:

• High quality communication, influencing, and quantitative skills
• Someone highly motivated with an appetite to learn and engage with colleagues in a collaborative environment
