Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Developer to lead our frontend development and contribute to backend tasks. You will be heavily involved in building exciting new products and minimum viable products (MVPs), Reporting to the Chief Product Owner and Chief Executive Officer, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our technological direction and driving innovation.
Key Responsibilities

• Product Development and Innovation
• Lead the development of responsive web applications.
• Contribute to backend development tasks as needed.
• Participate in product design sessions, contributing to feature development and innovative solutions.
• Technical Expertise and Oversight
• Provide technical review and oversight for all software development, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Lead frontend development with expertise in Node, Typescript, CSS, and React.
• Ensure robust testing is in place to maintain software reliability and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience
• Strong commercial experience in React and Javascript development, particularly in creating SAAS solutions.
• Proven experience delivering successful projects in a development role.
• Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Node, Typescript, CSS, and React.
• Experience with Git and Git Hub, or similar version management tools.
• Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks, Jest and Cypress is desirable.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Amazon AWS, is desirable.
• Knowledge of Webpack and Javascript bundling.
• Soft Skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate.
• A passion for technology and staying updated with the latest trends in software development.

Location & Working Pattern
This is a remote role, with very occasional travel to our London West End office.
Contract Type
Permanent, full-time.
