Senior Project Manager – Fantastic Opportunity
Location: Exeter (Hybrid - 2 days a week on-site)
Salary: Up to £85k DOE

We are proud to be partnering with this exciting client who are looking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join their Service Delivery Team. This is a new role, reporting to the Head of Project Management, in which you will lead talented teams of developers and consultants to deliver cutting-edge solutions that elevate our clients' businesses.
Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager:

• Drive successful end-to-end delivery of technical projects, meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through clear, consistent communication.
• Mentor and motivate the team, ensuring everyone has what they need to succeed.
• Monitor project risks, ensure smooth resourcing, and keep internal and external stakeholders updated.
• Collaborate with Sales and Delivery Teams to support new opportunities and optimise revenue from existing clients.
• Project reporting on active projects and inputting into financial forecasting
• Actively contribute to the strategy and growth of the team through team meetings/process and documentation and actively suggest improvements.
• Supporting best practice including conformance to and continuous improvement of relevant processes and templates.

Essential Expertise of the Senior Project Manager:

• A project management pro with a background in Dynamics 365 and experience in client-facing roles.
• Skilled in project planning, execution, and monitoring, using tools like MS Project or similar.
• A clear communicator, a confident leader, and a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• A clear understanding of the software development lifecycle and delivering a plan to this using the appropriate methodology.
• Financially savvy, with experience in budgeting and financial management principles.
• Ideally, you’re certified in PMP or PRINCE2 and bring an Agile mindset to project delivery.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to provide innovative ideas and solutions and drive continuous improvement.
