Job Title: Senior Sales Account Manager
Salary: £35,000
Location: Leicester, office based
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm

My client is one of the largest vape distributors in the UK, supplying over 8,000 accounts with 10,000 SKUs. They offer an extensive range of vaping products from leading brands worldwide, all of which are TPD-compliant and adhere to stringent safety and quality standards set by the UK and Europe. As a market leader in VAPE and CBD products, my client prides themselves on staying ahead of industry trends and being the first to access the latest innovations. Having achieved consistent year-on-year growth, they have recently relocated to larger premises to accommodate their expanding operations.
Job Description:
My client is looking for an ambitious and experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to oversee and nurture our in-house accounts. This key role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving profitability, and collaborating across departments to ensure seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in sales, a deep understanding of profit margins and pricing strategies, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
· Act as the main point of contact for all in-house accounts.
· Develop a deep understanding of product costs, pricing models, and profit margins to support informed decision-making.
· Build and sustain strong, lasting relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
· Address client concerns promptly and ensure effective resolutions to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
· At least 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
· : Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities under tight deadlines.
