We are a dynamic and fast-growing Letting and Property Management Agency based in Southbank, looking for an energetic and hardworking candidate to lead our Service Charge Accounts team with Residential Block Management.
Please note that applicants for this role MUST have Qube PM experience to be considered.
Role Responsibilities:

• Residential Service Charge accounting for Block Management.
• Use of Qube PM for day-to-day Service Charge accounting.
• Running daily and weekly reports for system updates and maintenance.
• Producing account statements and reports from Qube PM.
• Regular account reconciliations within Qube PM.
• Client bank reconciliations.
• Setting up new client records including accruals & opening balances.
• Receipting transactions & Supplier payments.
• Load budgets, raise charges and invoice using Qube PM process.
• Issuing Service Charge demands.
• Year End Service Charge Account data using Qube PM.
• Service charge year end audit packs and owner statements.
• Raising balancing charges and advancing year end on Qube PM
• Liaising with external accountants to produce the Year-End accounts.
• Monitoring all cash balances and allocating service charge/rent funds to correct accounts.
• Managing Qube PM housekeeping
• Ongoing development of system to maximise utilisation of Qube functions

The ideal candidate:

• At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
• Proficient user of Qube PM
• Experience of managing a small team
• Confident dealing with a range of stakeholders

The role:

• Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm, office based.
• 1 day WFH per week after initial settling in period

Pay: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
