## Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team in providing excellent dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will have to be over 18 with experience in delivering top-notch customer service.
## Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, take orders and introduce them correctly
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly
- Assist with food preparation and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- In depth knowledge of the food & drinks menu, able to upsell and provide recommendations
## Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Knowledge of basic maths for handling payments
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Strong guest service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team worker with a friendly and approachable general attitude
- Tidy and organised during the shift
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £11.44-£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
